Had to get first bike replaced because the main piece was cracked.. this meant I had to make a few phone calls to get it resolved in terms of getting broken one picked up, new one dropped off. Mix up the day they dropped off second one because they refused to take broken one. Amazon shipping was SUPPOSED to have this planned.. After all that I get second bike and its BROKEN(SAME PLACE, SAME PIECE) too. Now I had to again waste my time this week because AMAZON said they would arrange for shippers to pick this one up but I have YET to hear from shipping guys so I will have to call to see if they have put in notice to pick this sencond one up so I can get full refund. I basically paid for huge hassle! No thanks. I have no idea about bike's quality but would say if they can't package a bike correctly, then then they really have no regard for their product. Do not buy from endurance, no return phone calls and no one ever answers phone. Amazon is great but not for large items..
