This bike is well made and heavy. It seems sturdy and looks good too. However, it does NOT ride quietly at all. The belt is on constant contact with the belt frame and it's very annoying as you can imagine. I've tried to contact the Best Fitness but I couldn't find their website or contact number.
Also one more thing to consider is that the bike seems to be built with tall people in mind. I'm 5'6" and it's fine for me, but my wife (5'1") can't ride it comfortably at lowest notch. I guess the limit is somewhere around 5'4" or so.
So I'm returning it and trying to find another one to replace it. Amazon has been great with the return process so far.
